General terms and conditions for the sale of vouchers in the online voucher portal of Naturhotel Tandler e.U.
1. Scope These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to the sale of vouchers in the online voucher portal of Naturhotel Tandler e.U. - www.tandler.at
2. Contracting party Only persons who have reached the age of 18 are entitled to purchase in our online voucher portal. The contract is concluded between you as the buyer and Naturhotel Tandler e.U. Innerrotte 34, A-9963 St. Jakob im Defereggental Company registration number FN 343134i as the seller.
3. Conclusion of the contract, contract languages The products (vouchers) presented in our online voucher portal are to be understood merely as an invitation to order. They do not represent a binding offer. By placing your order by clicking on the "Buy now" button, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the selected voucher(s). You will then immediately receive confirmation of receipt of your order at the email address you provided. The seller accepts your order by making the ordered voucher available digitally for download and printing (Print@home) in the online voucher portal and by email. If you select the corresponding option in the online voucher portal or after ordering by phone from Naturhotel Tandler +43 (0) 4873 6355, the ordered voucher can also be sent by post to the address you provided. In the latter case, the seller is not liable for any delays in the delivery of the voucher by post. The purchase contract can be concluded in the following languages: German. You can correct input errors during the ordering process by pressing the "Back" button and then re-entering.
4. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Naturhotel Tandler e.U., Innerrotte 34, 9963 St. Jakob im Defereggental, Austria, telephone +43 (0)4873 6355, email: info@tandler.at, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
5. Methods of payment You can pay the purchase price for the voucher by credit card or online transfer or in cash on site at the hotel.
6. Redemption of the vouchers You can redeem the voucher at the Naturhotel Tandler, 9963 St. Jakob, Innerrotte 34. Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded. If the price of the service for which the voucher is redeemed is less than the voucher value, the redeemer will receive a voucher for the difference in the hotel. The validity period of the voucher for the difference corresponds to the remaining validity period of the original, only partially redeemed voucher. The right to redeem the voucher expires within 10 years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued (according to the date of issue).
